Iğdır University Faculty of Dentistry was established by the Presidential decision numbered 3519 dated 05/02/2021, published in the Official Gazette numbered 31387

 The Faculty provides education affiliated with Iğdır University and aims to train professional and qualified individuals in the field of dentistry. At the faculty, research and practice opportunities are provided along with dental education, and the necessary infrastructure is created for students to gain practical experience.

The Faculty aims to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding dental health through modern education methods and also carries the mission of providing quality servise in the field of health. Students are also offered opportunities to specialize in various fields of dentistry through relevant departments.
